The Teams
Three teams, staggered to hand off the work cleanly
Each church is one team with its own dates and departure city. Teams overlap one night in Managua so ground knowledge passes from the outgoing team to the next.
The “Oreo cookie” handoff
Each outgoing team overlaps one night with the incoming team
That shared night in Managua is how the work transfers — what’s done, what’s next, and everything learned on the ground.

Where we stay
Lodging
Based in the San Jorge / Rivas area near Lake Nicaragua, within reach of the District Bible Institute. Two hotels are under consideration:
Two double beds per room. Distance from the Bible Institute is still being confirmed and will factor into the final choice.
The first night is spent near the Managua airport after a long travel day — a proper rest, a look at the capital, and a daylight drive to the lake the next morning.
